SELECTION PROCEDURE AND TARGET GROUP
TARGET GROUP:
Young people, between the ages of 17—34, and MPs, from each West African Country.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Application will be opened to youth leaders (young journalists, students, ex combatants, abused girls,) from across the region. Selection will be done by key criteria: gender balance, motivation, leadership and willingness to contribute to issues. Applicants will be requested to do an essay on “The Role of Young People in implementing the activities of NEPAD”. The selection of MP will be done in collaboration with Regional Parliamentary Networks and National Parliaments
Total Participants: Two young people and one MP from each country
